渐开线少齿差弯曲强度计算方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对渐开线少齿差内齿轮副的弯曲强度计算问题,根据齿轮国家标准计算了短齿复合齿形系数,使用有限元计算了双齿啮合复合齿形系数,2种系数可分别用于单齿受力和双齿啮合的弯曲强度计算。 To solve calculation problem of bending strength for involute internal gear pairs with small tooth number difference, the compound tooth form factor of stub tooth is calculated according to the gear national standard, the compound tooth form factor of double-teeth meshing is calculated by finite element method,two types of coefficient can be applied respectively to calculation of bending strength of single tooth by the force and double-teeth meshing.
