摘要
依据生产实际,通过对矿井系统统筹分析,结合目前综合自动化集成平台的几种类型,通过对比后采用定制+组态的方式整合各个子系统生成综合平台系统,并从软件设计的角度系统化地设计了综合平台系统。本系统实现了关联业务数据的综合分析及生产状态的实时评估;对安全和生产的主要环节及设备实时监控;并对子系统数据在异构条件下进行有效集成和有机整合,为单位决策的科学化、信息化提供依据;也可以通过集成平台Web功能实时了解生产现状,查看关键生产指标数据,从而极大提高了煤矿生产的安全性、可靠性。
Based on the actual production situation and overall analysis ot coal mine system, comomeo with several types of comprehensive integrated automation platform at present, this article use customization + configuration way to integrate the various subsystems to create comprehensive platform system, and design this platform system from the perspective of software design. The system realizes comprehensive analysis of related business data, real-time evaluation of production status and real-time monitoring and control of the equipments of essential elements in safe production process. Through the integration of the data of subsystem in heterogeneous conditions, the system provides the basis for scientific decision-making and information technology. We can also acquire the real-time production status through the integrated Web platform, look up the key production data. Totally, this platform greatly improves the safety, reliability of coal mine production.
