摘要
在兰炭排料过程中,利用余热回收型螺旋输送机实现其余热回收已经成为研究热点,揭示螺旋输送机内部颗粒的流动特性对于提升余热回收效率具有重要意义。基于离散单元法,构建了螺旋输送机的计算模型,研究了其内部颗粒的流动特性。结果表明:料斗的有效入料区域较集中;颗粒运动速度沿输送机轴向分布均匀;螺旋输送机具有良好的颗粒混合特性。
In order to develop the waste heat recovery technology of semi coke screw conveyor, it's important to study the flow characteristics of particles. The calculation model of screw conveyor was set up based on discrete element method (DEM). The flow characteristics of particles in the semi coke heat recovery serew conveyor were studied. The results show that the feed zone is a small areas. The velocity distribution of particles along the conveyor axial is uniformity. The mixture character for particles is good in the screw conveyor.
