摘要
对BTW和Hardox500耐磨钢进行了力学性能测试和200 N载荷下干摩擦和石英砂磨料工况下2种材料的摩擦磨损性能试验,并用扫描电镜(SEM)分析其磨损机理。结果表明:BTW在正常条件下为奥氏体组织,Hardox500耐磨钢为均匀细小的马氏体组织,BTW材料的拉伸强度小于Hardox500耐磨钢,在常温下BTW具有较好的冲击韧性,在相同的磨损条件下,BTW表现出优异的耐磨性能,在苛刻工况下的耐磨性能比Hardox500有较大提高。
The mechanical properties and wear property of BTW and Hardox500 were studied, and according to the microstructure and microscopic morphology of BTW, the wear mechanism was analyzed. The results of tests show that Hardox500 has high hardness and strength as martensitic wear- resistance steel. BTW has higher impact toughness than Hardox500. While under the same wear condition, BTW shows excellent wear-resisting property. And the wear resistance property of BTW has a greater improvement than Hardox500 on the harsh conditions.
