摘要
以液体静压主轴系统径向静压轴承油腔油膜为研究对象,利用Fluent对其静态性能进行分析,分析油腔深度、半径间隙、油腔夹角、轴承宽度改变时,轴承油腔油膜流场的变化,并进一步分析对轴承静态承载特性的影响。分析结果显示,径向静压轴承承载力随油腔深度增加而降低,油腔深度值增大,径向静压轴承承载力显著降低。
The effect of the depth of the oil chamber,radial clearance, radius of lobe ,bearing length on flow field are numerical analyzed in the hybrid journal bearing system using the software Fluent. And further the bearing load capacity analyzed. The results show that, the bearing carrying capacity of hydrostatic bearing decrease with the depth of the oil chamber, the depth of the oil chamber increase, the bearing carrying capacity of hydrostatic bearing significantly reduced.
