摘要
为研究ZY6000/25/50型两柱掩护式液压支架主体结构件的应力分布状况,采用UG软件进行有限元分析。在UG软件中完成主体结构各组件的三维模型后,选用顶梁偏载、底座扭转的试验条件,按照相关要求将顶梁装配至2 800 mm处,并添加载荷后得到主体结构件的加载模型。在CAE模块中对主体结构件进行材料属性、物理属性、网格、约束、接触、载荷等一系列参数设置,进行有限元求解后获得主体结构件在选定试验条件下的应力分布状况。结果表明在顶梁偏载、底座扭转的试验条件下,底座肋板和过桥处应力较大,会出现局部塑性变形,而其他部件的应力均处于弹性变形范围内。
In order to study the stress distribution of the main structure of the ZY6000/25/50 type two- cylinder shield hydraulic support, the finite element analysis was carried out by using UG software. After the 3D-modeling of each component of the main structure in the UG software, the method of partial load of top beam and base torsion test conditions was adopted to achieve the loading model of the body structure, in which the roof was assembled to 2 800 mm and certain load was added to the model. In the CAE module, after a series of parameters, such as material properties, physical properties, mesh, constraint, contact and load, were set up, the stress distribution of the main structure was obtained by finite element method. Results show that in the top beam partial load and base torsion test conditions, the stiffener and the bridge of the base plate should suffer the most impact, where there will be local nlastic deformation, while other comuonents are in the range of elastic deformation.
