摘要
煤矿井下钻孔孔口捕尘装置采用2套除尘机构即设置在捕尘套筒上的3个高雾化喷头,和设置在排粉管末端的麻布袋。在打钻期间粉尘进入捕尘套筒内,高雾化喷头开始喷水实现一次降尘;粉尘随水汽进入麻布袋后,落入麻布袋四周的麻布上实现第1次捕尘,剩余粉尘随喷雾形成的水流落到麻布袋底部实现第2次捕尘。
The coal mine drilling orifice catching dust device, using two sets of dust removal mechanism, namely setting in the dust of three high atomization nozzle on the sleeve, and set in the end of the row of powder tube sack. Dust into the dust catching sleeve during drilling, high atomization nozzle water starts to realize a dust; Then dust with water vapor into the sack, after falling into a sack sackcloth around the dust catchers for the first time, the remaining dust with spray forming water fall to the bottom of the sack to implement the second dust catcher.
