摘要
为了更好地解决顺煤层空气钻进细微煤粉污染问题,设计了一种雾化除尘器,主要将清水或添加表面活性剂的水生成50μm的微细雾粒,通过雾化腔组件运送到集尘桶中,从而实现集尘桶内捕尘、孔口除尘的目的,适用于空气正循环钻进工艺。并采用CFD有限元软件,对流场进行了模拟。研究结果表明:风速在23 m/s下,捕尘效果最好。
In order to solve the dust pollution problem from coal seam by air drilling, designs a atomizing dust collector, mainly adding water or surface active agent of water generated 50 microns of micro fog particles, by atomizing chamber components to the dust can, so as to realize dust catcher in can, orifice dust removal, applicable to the air directional circulation drilling technology. It simulated field conditions by using the CFD finite element software. The results showed that: when the speed of wind at 23 m/s,it had the best effect for dust removal.
