摘要
大型钢结构件焊接过程中需要翻转,由于结构件超大、超重,普通桁吊起吊吨位受限而难以完成翻转过程,即使完成也会对地面造成较大的损坏和增加危险性。通过配备专用弧形翻转装置、焊接角度支撑装置,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,侧滑力为向下的压力,并对关键部件弧形翻转装置进行了有限元分析,有效解决了普通桁吊以小吨位完成超大、超重结构件的翻转问题。
Large steel welding process needs to flip, because of the structure of oversized, overweight, due to the general truss lift crane tonnage limited and difficult to complete the rollover process, even if completed would cause greater damage to the ground and increase the risk.
