摘要
为了使挖掘机发挥最大能力,满足铲斗机构设计要求的基础上,以总传动比为优化目标,建立了一系列的约束条件,并运用ADAMS技术对其参数进行优化设计。通过对比设计原始值和优化值,结果表明优化后的铲斗机构能发挥更大的挖掘力,对挖掘机后续结构设计有一定的参考价值。
In order to maximize the capacity of the excavator, on the basis of the content of the bucket mechanism design requirements, with taking the total transmission ratio as objective function, and establishing a set of constraints, this essay adopted ADAMS technology to optimize its parameters. By comparing the original value of the design and optimized value, the results showed that the optimized bucket institutions could play a greater digging force. The design has some reference value for subsequent structural design of excavator.
