摘要
结合液压支架立柱再制造技术的发展现状,对比研究了电镀镀铬、等离子熔覆技术和激光熔覆技术这3种再制造技术在修复强化液压支架立柱上的工艺、性能以及经济效益、社会效益。结果表明,激光熔覆立柱再制造技术具有明显的优势,是未来液压支架立柱再制造技术的发展趋势。
Combined the current situation development of remanufacturing technology in the hydraulic support column,the research that electroplating,plasma cladding technology and laser cladding technology,the three kinds of remanufacturing technology was comparatively studied in repair reinforcement on the hydraulic support column process,performance and economic benefits and social benefits. The results show that the remanufacturing technology of laser cladding column has obvious advantages, and it is the future development trend of remanufacturing technology of the hydraulic support column.
