摘要
分析了蜗轮蜗杆升降台的基本结构,从蜗轮蜗杆外部受力、蜗轮蜗杆自身受力分析出发,详细分析了蜗轮蜗杆安装位置偏移对受力的影响fx。通过以上分析,可以看出当蜗轮蜗杆的中间平面安装位置存在偏差时,即传动中间平面极限偏差超出极限时,就会影响机构的自锁,当磨损导致γ角大于当量摩擦角时,就会失去自锁。
