摘要
利用数值模拟软件V-Cast对采煤机截割齿座的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,结果表明铸件上存在质量缺陷。通过增加冒口尺寸、保温套以及环状冷铁,优化了铸造工艺,第2次模拟结果表明,铸件质量满足设计要求,优化的铸造工艺是正确而合理的。
The simulation software V-Cast was applied to analyze the solidification process of coal mining machine cutting tooth base, The result is there are quality defects in casting. By increasing the size of riser, an insulation sleeve and an annular cold iron, The casting process was optimized. The second simulation results show that the casting quality meets the design requirements, and the optimized casting process is correct and reasonable.
