Method for Parametric Design of Involute Straight Gear Based on Solidworks

渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮三维建模过程中,齿形轮廓的精确获得相对较为繁琐,提出了一种新的获得渐开线齿轮轮廓方法,并利用该方法进行了齿轮的参数化设计,对实际工程中齿轮零件的精确建模有一定的参考意义。

In the modeling process of involute straight gear, it is complex to get the accurate tooth profile. A new method to get the profile of involute straight column gear was proposed and used in conducting the parametric design of gear. This method can provide some instruction for the accurate modeling for gears in engineering.
