摘要
针对活塞在实际工作中由于高温高爆压致使其出现破坏等一系列问题,考虑通过改变活塞冷却油腔的位置来降低其温度以及热应力,从而达到降低活塞热-流-机所受到的耦合应力的目的。在保证强度的条件下,通过分析周向与轴向的变化来研究其对活塞的影响。利用Workbench有限元软件对其进行仿真,得出了不同设计方案下温度以及热应力的变化情况。
For the high temperature and pressure conditions in practice leading to the destruction ot piston and a series of problems, we consider to reduce the temperature and thermal stress by changing the position of the piston cooling oil cavity so as to achieve the goal of reducing the piston thermal flow - machine by coupling stress. During the guarantee strength condition, we study its effects on the piston through analyzing the change of the circumferential and axial. In this paper, by using the Workbench finite element software for simulation, we draw the conclusions on the change of temperature and thermal stress under different design conditions.
