The application of immunosuppressant in autoimmune diseases

摘要 近年来,免疫抑制剂已被广泛用于抑制器官移植后的排异反应和治疗自身免疫性疾病。免疫抑制剂的种类繁多,作用机制多样。根据作用机制,目前常用的免疫抑制剂可分为选择性和非选择性免疫抑制剂两大类。本文就自身免疫性疾病治疗用免疫抑制剂作一概要介绍,以期能为新免疫抑制剂的研究与开发提供一些参考。 In recent years,immunosuppressants have been widely used in organ transplantation and the treatment of autoimmune diseases.There are many kinds of immunosuppressants with different mechanisms of action.The commonly used immunosuppressants can be divided into selective and non-selective ones according to their mechanism.This review expounds the immunosuppressants for the treatment of autoimmune diseases so as to provide a reference for the research and development of new immunosuppressive agents.
