摘要
本试验评估了枯草芽孢杆菌PB6替代恩拉霉素对肉鸡产气荚膜梭菌的控制效果,结果表明:与肉鸡日粮中添加恩拉霉素相比,枯草芽孢杆菌PB6对肉鸡生产性能的影响不显著,但可提高成活率;枯草芽孢杆菌PB6可显著减轻肉鸡产气荚膜梭菌的感染程度。由此可见,枯草芽孢杆菌PB6可完全替代肉鸡日粮中的抗生素。
This experiment was designed to investigate the effect of Bacillus subtilis PB6 against Clostridium perfringeus on chicken. The results showed that there was no significant difference on growth performance between the experimental group and the control group. However, the survival rate was increased and the infected level of Clostridium perfringens in feces was significantly decreased after adding Bacillus subtilis PB6 into chicken's feed. It suggested that Bacillus subtilis PB6 can be used as the substitute of antibiotics in the chicken breeding.
