The Situation and Suggestions of DRAA's License Agreements Terms

本文对高校图书馆数字资源采购联盟(DRAA)签署的系列集团采购合同方案进行分析,认为处理滥用的条款有了改良,但附加出版社制定的使用许可协议存在风险隐患,而且使用许可有关的款目、内容都不够规范、完整。并对此提出了改进意见。

This paper chooses a series of consortia acquisition contracts signed by Digital Resource Acquisition Alliance （DRAA） of academic libraries, and analyses license agreements content. And it puts forward that handle the abuse of terms are improved, but the additional licensing agreements made by the press exist risks, and the relevant license agreements content and entry are not standardized and not complete. Finally, it puts forward the im- proving suggestions.
