摘要 异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）是目前治疗造血系统恶性肿瘤、某些遗传性及骨髓衰竭性疾病的重要手段，但移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）仍是患者死亡的重要因素之一，尤其慢性GVHD（cGVHD）已经严重影响了患者生活质量和长期生存。近年来，有关cGVHD发病机制及诊治现状方面取得了一些进展，我们就上述内容作一综述。
