黄文政教授对肾风病“内风”的认识与用药经验

Understanding and Medication Experience of Professor Huang Wenzheng on“Endogenous Wind”of Anemogenous Nephropathy

黄文政教授是全国名老中医药专家传承工作指导老师,在50余年的临床实践中,对于各种慢性肾脏疾病包括肾小球肾炎、肾功能不全等的中医药临床治疗有着独到的见解及经验,本文对黄文政教授对肾风病的理论认识及从风从络论治的用药经验进行了总结。黄文政教授认为肾风以内风为主,其基本病机是肾虚湿瘀,本虚标实,虚实错杂,肾虚为本,黄教授常使用性喜走窜,善入络脉的虫类药物。

Professor Huang Wenzheng is the supervisor of the national old Chinese medicine heritage experts. During 50 years of clinical practice, he has a unique understanding and experience on clinic treatment of various kinds of chronic kidney disease which included glomerulonephritis and renal insufficiency. This thesis summarized Professor Huang Wenzheng＇ s theoretical understanding of anemogenous nephropathy and medication experience from wind and collaterals. Professor Huang considered that endogenous wind was the main reason of anemogenous nephropathy. The basic pathogenesis of nephropathy were renal asthenia with damp pathogen and congestion, deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, intermingled deficiency and excess, and kidney asthenia was the principal. Thus Professor Huang always used insect drugs which were active and easy to go into collaterals.
