杨文华中药治疗纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血验案1则

Yang Wenhua in Treating Pure Red Cell Aplasia with Chinese Medicine for One Proved Case

目的纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血为髓劳。病位在髓,病机为肾虚髓亏。西医治疗本病多用激素和免疫抑制剂配合间断输注红细胞。但这些药物副作用较大,患者常不能耐受。杨文华教授认为本病以肾虚随来、气血亏虚为根本病因,故以补肾益髓之法为基本治则,佐以调理脾胃和行气之中药治疗此病,仅一个半月便使患者血象恢复正常并保持稳定,西药副作用消失。

Objective Pure red cell aplasia （PRCA） is called Suilao in TCM. Disease location is marrow, and the pathogenesis is deficiency of the kidney and marrow. It is usually treated by hormone or immunosuppressive agents combined with red cell transfusion. But these drugs had side effect which could not be tolerated. Professor Yang took norishing kidney and marrow as the basic therapy principle to treat PRCA cooperated with regulating spleen and stomach as well as promoting the circulation of qi. Only one and a half months, hemogram of patients returned to normal and remained stable, and the side effects of Western medicine disappeared.
