骶尾部藏毛窦并直肠黏膜下脓肿1例

Sacrococcygeal Pilonidal Sinus with Submucosal Abscess of Rectum for One Case

探讨骶尾部藏毛窦并直肠黏膜下脓肿治疗效果,术后给予抗生素及抗厌氧菌药物治疗,术后辨证分期换药,肛门部、骶尾部伤口分别于术后21天、45天愈合,随访6个月,患者无不适。

The therapeutic effect on treating sacroeoecygeal pilonidal sinus with submucosal abscess of rectum was investigated. After operation, patients were given antibiotics, anti anaerobic agents and medicine by syndrome differentiation. After 21 and 45days, anal and sacrococcygeal wound healed, respectively. Following up 6 months, there was no discomfort.
