The authors made an identification test on wood names for 10 pieces of solid wood furniture from furniture markets in Beijing. They appealed that the wood name should be accurately signed according to the relevant National Standards. They also suggest furniture manufacturers and sales agencies increase their knowledge and use standard wood names for solid wood furniture, so as to protect consumers and to promote the healthy development of the wood furniture industry.
