知识联盟中知识状态演化路径的研究——以濮阳特种玻璃及电光源知识联盟为例

Research on the Evolutional Path of Knowledge States in Knowledge Alliance

文章运用知识联盟理论、知识共振理论的分析方法,提出知识联盟中知识状态演化路径问题。通过理论回顾和案例分析,构建知识状态演化路径模型。认为知识状态由聚合型和漂变型二元性构成。随着知识内部、外部共振作用,知识状态呈现聚合型、聚合—漂变型、漂变—聚合型和漂变型4阶段演化路径过程。

Analyzing from the theories of knowledge alliance and knowledge resonance, this paper proposes the issue of evolu- tional path of knowledge states in knowledge alliance. By theories review and case study, the paper constructs the evolutional path of knowledge states. The paper thinks that the knowledge states are composed by two dimensions of condensation and divergence. With the effects of knowledge internal and external resonance, the knowledge states have evolved 4 stages about condensation, condensa- tion - divergence, divergence - condensation and divergence.
