摘要
针对当前我国技术创新与管理实践中存在的问题,对企业技术竞争情报活动中市场信息的概念、特征、类型、内容和作用等进行深入分析,提出了利用市场信号披露信息开展技术竞争情报分析的7个步骤,并结合我国引进多晶硅技术案例中的成败得失进行市场信号实证研究,认为利用市场信号开展技术竞争情报对于提高企业在动态复杂环境下对技术—经济信息/知识的有效利用能力具有重要现实意义。
In view of the current problems of technological innovation and management practice in China, this paper deeply analyzes the concept, characteristics, types, contents and functions of market information in the activities of enterprise competitive technical intelligence. Then, the paper proposes 7 steps to develop the competitive intelligence analysis with the disclosed informa- tion by using market signal. The paper carries on the empirical study of market signal based on the case study of the introduction of polycrystalline silicon technology in China. The result shows that using market signal to develop competitive technical intelligence has an important practical significance for enterprise to improve the ability of using technical-economic information/knowledge in the dy- namic environment.
