知识场环境下的竞争情报分析模型研究

Research on the Competitive Intelligence Analysis Model under the Circumstances of Knowledge Field

文章提出并构建了"知识场环境下的竞争情报分析模型",对"大场""小场""强场""弱场"以及"孤立场"等不同类型知识场环境下的竞争情报分析活动进行了深入的分析,进而通过"矩阵式关联图"深入分析了(大、弱)、(大、强)、(小、弱)、(小、强)等之间的转化关系,最后对不同类型知识场的适应性(包括适用企业的类型及适用时期)进行了深刻的剖析。研究揭示了"竞争情报分析可以看成是企业在不同的发展时期,通过不同类型的‘知识场’完成相关的CIA活动并获得CIA结果,以服务于企业战略决策为目标的动态演化过程"的本质规律。

This paper proposes and constructs the ＂Analysis Model under the Circumstances of Knowledge Field＂, and deeply analyzes different kinds of competitive intelligence analysis activities under the circumstances of knowledge field, including ＂large field＂ , ＂small field＂, ＂strong field＂ and ＂weak field＂. Then, the paper analyzes the conversion relationship of （large, weak） , （large, strong）, （small, weak） and （small, strong） based on the matrix association diagram. Finally, the paper analyzes the a- daptability of different types of knowledge field （including appropriate period for enterprise） . The research reveals the law that CIA can be regarded as the dynamic process which enterprises complete related activities of CIA and acquire a result through different types of knowledge field in different developing period in order to serve the enterprise strategic decision.
