摘要
以寺河煤矿羽状千米钻孔预抽效果进行考察,对钻孔工艺(抽放负压、浓度、流量)参数进行分析研究,结果表明:千米钻机抽放钻口负压应控制20 k Pa^35 k Pa为宜;负压保持稳定时,钻孔瓦斯浓度与纯瓦斯流量之间成正比关系。
By studying pre-pumping effect on 1 000 m length-drillhole in Sihe Mine, this paper made analytical investigation on the the drilling process(vacuum drainage, concentration, flow) parameters, the results showed that: appropriate negative pressure of drainage drilling mouth in 1 000 m drilling machine is 20 k Pa ~30 k Pa; when the negative pressure remained unchanged, the change is proportional to the relationship between the pure gas flow and gas drilling concentration.
