摘要
皮带运输机作为井下煤炭运输的关键设备,其运行效能优劣直接影响着井下生产的顺利开展。分析了PLC技术特点及井下皮带运输机对其的需求性,随后对PLC控制系统的工作原理、整体构成和系统功能展开详细论述,以期为PLC技术在皮带运输中的进一步推广应用提供些许帮助。
Belt conveyer is the key equipment of the underground coal transportation, and its operation has direct impact on the smooth mine production. This paper analyzed the characteristics of PLC technology and its demand for underground belt conveyer,made detailed description of the working principle, overall structure and system functions of PLC control system to provide some help for further popularization and application of PLC technology in belt transport.
