摘要
叙述了盖州煤业有限公司带式输送机的基本概况和带式输送机配电及控制系统的组成,分析了带式输送机配电及控制系统功能,指出了变频器与PLC控制系统的协调配合工作,能控制带式输送机的平稳起动和停止,很好地限制了起动电流,能实现重载起动、低速验带的功能,并具备完整的保护功能和信号指示。
This paper described the basic situation of the belt conveyor and the composition of power distribution and control system of belt conveyor in Gaizhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., analyzed the function of power distribution and control system of belt conveyor, pointed out that coordination work of frequency converter and PLC control system can control smooth starting and stopping of belt conveyer, limit the starting current, realize the function of overloading starting and check belt at low speed, and have complete protection function and signal indication.
