摘要
本文从印制电路板钻孔用盖板材料的作用出发,介绍了目前市场上几种重要盖板产品的特性及其研究现状,并对未来盖板材料的发展进展望。
On the basis of the role of the entry board in PCB drilling, several important entry boards in the present market and their properties and research status were reviewed. The direction of research and development of the entry board for PCB drilling was also prospected in this paper.
