Design and Implementation of Medical Instrument Clinical Trial Protocol Evaluation System

目的:为加强医疗器械临床试验方案准入管理,实现方案评审信息化。方法:以Oracle数据库为基础,使用Asp.net和JavaScript技术进行系统构建。结果:实现了临床试验方案网上申报、网上评审、全程无纸化的评审系统。结论:该系统的实现,提高了临床试验方案评审的公平性、准确性和高效性。

Objective： To strengthen the medical instrument clinical trial protocol access management, implement the information of clinical trial protocol evaluation. Methods： Based on Oracle database, Asp.net and JavaScript technology was used to construct the system. Result： The system implements clinical trial protocol online reporting, online evaluation, full paperless. Conclusion： The realization of the system improves the clinical trial protocol evaluation fairness, accuracy and efficiency.
