深水顶张紧式立管壁厚与材料选择研究

摘要 本文通过对深水立管规范API RP 2RD的研究,对适用于深水浮式平台的顶张紧式立管(TTR)系统进行壁厚及材料的选择研究。本文以张力腿平台(TLP)作为主平台,以静力计算为基础,对1500 m水深内顶张紧式立管系统的基本强度进行校核研究。通过对顶张紧式立管的在位状态进行数值模拟分析,计算得出适用不同材料的管道壁厚。在壁厚选择的基础上,通过对不同材料的壁厚引起的张力变化等因素进行初步的材料选择。
