摘要
基于师生双重视角,我们对网络化教学模式下大学英语教师角色进行了多维度研究。研究的核心问题是,在网络化教学模式下,学生对教师的角色期待、教师的角色行为及该行为的影响因素间的多维度关系及现实定位。研究发现,学生期待的教师角色行为与教师实际角色行为间存在一定差异,而这种差异在学习引导、课堂气氛创设及教学评价等三方面则表现得尤为突出。针对此问题,可在教师培训、网络环境优化及团队协作等方面入手,积极加以解决。
This paper intends to make a study of roles of college English teachers from teacher, students these two perspectives. The following three issues are explored in the study:students' expected teachers' roles, teachers' actual role behaviors and the influencing factors on teachers' roles. The study shows there exist discrepancies between students' expected teachers' roles and teachers' actual role behaviors on the scales of teaching guide, creation of classroom climate and teaching evaluation. This study suggests that measures should be taken in teacher training, improvement of web climate and teamwork strengthening to promote teachers' role behaviors.
