摘要
检测了125只塞北兔在6个微卫星座位的基因型,分析了等位基因数、基因频率、杂合度和多态信息含量等参数值,并对塞北兔在6个微卫星座位Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验。结果显示:塞北兔在6个微卫星座位共检测到的等位基因30个,每个基因座位为4~6个,等位基因大小在129~244bp之间,塞北兔除了在SOL03基因座位呈中度多态性变异以外,在SOL33、SOL44、7L1B10、L7C11和SAT12等5个微卫星座位呈高度多态性变异;除了在基因座位SOL33和SAT12以外,塞北兔在其他4个基因座位SOL03、SOL44、7L1B10、L7C11均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。
To study the genetic variability of Saibei rabbits, genotypes of 125 Saibei rabbits at six microsatellite loci were detected and parameter values such as number of the alleles, allele fre- quency,heterozygosity and polymorphism information content, etc. were analyzed. The Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium of Saibei rabbits at six microsatellite loci were tested. The results showed that a total of 35 alleles were detected in Saibei rabbits at six microsatellite loci. The number of the alleles per locus ranged from 4 to 6 and the size of the alleles ranged from 129 bp to 244 bp. Besides middle polymorphism variability at SOL03,Saibei rabbits had highly polymorphism varia- bility at the other four microsatellite loci and SAT12. Except at microsatellite loci SOL33 and SAT12, the distribution of different genotypes in Saibei rabbits at the other four microsatellite loci such as SOL03, SOL44,7 LIB10, L7Cll was consistent with the Hardy-Weinber equilibrium.
