食管鳞癌中细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:2

Expressions of cyclin D1,CTGF and VEGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their relationships with lymphatic metastasis

摘要 目的探讨食管鳞癌(ESCC)组织中细胞周期素D1、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测100例ESCC患者癌组织和20例癌旁组织中细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF的表达。结果细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF在ESCC组织中的表达率分别为61%、53%和49%,高于癌旁组织的0、15%和15%(P均<0.01)。细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF的表达两两之间呈正相关(r=0.397、0.497和0.242,P<0.05),并且均与ESCC淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF在促进ESCC淋巴结转移中具有协同效应,有可能作为判断ESCC生物学行为的指标。 Objective To study the expressions of cyclin D1, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and their relationships with lymphatic metastasis. Methods The expressions of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF proteins were determined by immunohistochemistry method in I00 eases of ESCC tumor tissues and 20 cases of tumor-adjacent normal tissues. Results The expression rates of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF in ESCC tissues were 61%, 53% and 49%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 0, 15% and 15% in the tumor-adjacent normal tissues (P〈0. 01 ). The expressions of cyclin D1,CTGF and VEGF were positively correlated to each other(r= 0. 397,0. 497 and 0. 242, P%0. 05). The expression levels of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF proteins were closely related to lymphatic metastasis (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF have a synergistic effect in the promotion of ESCC lymphatic metastasis, which may be taken as the indicators for evaluating ESCC biology behavior.
