摘要
综述了高频感应燃烧-红外吸收光谱法在钢铁、铁合金和有色金属合金(如镍基合金、难熔金属、硬质合金、稀土金属等)中的碳、硫分析中的应用现状,侧重汇总了仪器、称样量、助熔剂的用量和加入顺序、标准样品等主要因素,并提出了该方法的应用前景和发展方向(引用文献142篇)。
The application status of high frequency induction combustion infrared absorption spectroscopy for analysis of carbon or sulfur in metal materials, such as iron, steel, ferroalloys and non-ferrous metal alloys (e. g. nickel-base alloys, hard-melting metals, cemented carbides and rare earth metals), was presented in this paper. The main analytical conditions, such as instrument, adding amount and order of sample and flux, and standard samples were specially summarized. The application prospect and development were proposed (142 ref. cited).
