"一带一路"是自20世纪70年代末中国实施改革开放以来又一次重大的内外发展战略的调整和创新,也是中国与世界政治经济关系进入新阶段后的一次对外战略大布局,这不仅将为中国带来全新的发展机遇和思路,也必然影响到欧亚大陆乃至全球的发展态势。从某种程度上讲,"一带一路"倡议或许正在开启中国时代和亚洲世纪。此外,"一带一路"还与人民币国际化相辅相成、相互促进、相得益彰。人民币国际化为"一带一路"铺平道路,"一带一路"又为人民币国际化提供更广阔的发展空间。"一带一路"不是中国利益独享的"产能输出带",而是各国利益共享的"经济融合带"。

'The Belt and Road'initiative is a significant endeavor to adjust and innovate Chinas internal and external development strategies since the reform and opening up in the late 1970 s,and a grand foreign strategy layout following the refreshed political and economic relations between China and the world. Not only will this initiative bring brand-new growth opportunities and methods,but also affect the regional and global development trends. To some extent, 'The Belt and Road'Initiative is probably ushering in a China Era and an Asian Century. Meanwhile,this initiative and RMB internationalization are highly complementary and mutually reinforced with the latter paving the way for the former and the former providing wider development for the latter.'The Belt and Road'is not a privileged'capacity exporting belt'for China,but a shared'economic integration belt'for all.
