摘要
针对船体复杂曲面铝合金外板的成形加工,提出电磁力辅助铝板线加热成形的新工艺.介绍了电磁力辅助铝板线加热成形的工艺装置及实验过程,并利用实验数据证明了电磁力的辅助成形效果;针对5083铝合金板的电磁力辅助线加热成形过程,采用ANSYS软件进行了三维数值仿真,研究了电磁力辅助作用时间长短和脉冲电流幅值对电磁力辅助成形效果的影响;在此基础上,从脉冲电磁力的周期性和电磁力产生的载荷循环加载与卸载的角度入手,探究了电磁力辅助线加热成形过程中铝板的成形机理.
Aiming at the forming of complex curved hull aluminium alloy plate,a technology of electromagnetic force assisted line heating(EFALH)for aluminium alloy plate was proposed.Firstly,the device and experimental procedure of EFALH process were introduced,and the auxiliary effect of electromagnetic force was proved by experimental data.Secondly,with regard to the process of EFALH for the 5083 aluminium alloy plate,the 3D numerical simulation was conducted by the ANSYS FEM software.Thirdly,based on numerical simulation,the influence rule of electromagnetic force assisted time and current amplitude was investigated,and on this base,the formation mechanism of aluminium sheet during the EFALH was analyzed from the cyclicity of electromagnetic force and electromagnetic stress loading cycles and unloading cycles.
