神经富亮氨酸重复蛋白Ⅲ在人胚背根神经节的表达

摘要 目的:观测神经富亮氨酸重复蛋白Ⅲ(NLRR3)在人胚胎背根神经节的分布规律。方法:使用4%多聚甲醛溶液灌注新鲜不同胎龄人胚胎,取腰神经节使用免疫组织化学的方法染色观察NLRR3蛋白的表达。结果:免疫组织化学染色结果表明,NLRR3蛋白于不同胎龄背根神经节均有表达,阳性细胞表达具有一定的规律性,其表达贯穿于整个胚胎发育过程中,发育中期较高。部分细胞弱阳性表达,部分细胞表达阴性。结论:NLRR3蛋白在背根神经节的存在可能与背根神经节感觉神经元的形态分化、细胞发育和功能构建有密切的联系。 Objective:To observate the expression of neural leucine-rich repeat proteinⅢ(NLRR3)in human embryonic dorsal root ganglion.Methods:Fresh human embryo of different embryonic age was perfused with 4% paraformaldehyde solution,the expression of the NLRR3 protein was observed in Lumbar ganglions by immunohistochemistry staining.Results:The immunohistochemical staining results show that the NLRR3 protein in different embryonic age dorsal root ganglion were expressed,positive cells expression has certain regularity,expressed throughout the process of embryonic development,especially higher in mid embryonic development,some cells weakly expressed and some negative.Conclusion:The presence of NLRR3 proteins in dorsal root ganglion indicate it has close relationship with sensory neurons morphological differentiation,neural development and Functional formation.
