摘要
目的调查某院抗菌药物应用情况及临床常见细菌类型,探讨抗菌药物使用频度与细菌耐药性的关系,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法分析2012年抗菌药物使用频度,结合全年送检的32 252份标本细菌培养及其药敏试验结果,分析两者的相关性。结果 32 252例送检标本培养中共分离出细菌4091株,其中革兰阳性菌785株,占19.2%,革兰阴性菌2995株,占73.2%,Pearson相关分析显示,抗菌药物DDDs与革兰阳性菌耐药率、革兰阴性菌耐药率均呈正相关关系(P<0.05或0.01)。结论抗菌药物的使用频度与细菌的耐药性有关,临床应规范使用抗菌药物,减少耐药菌的产生。
Objective To investigate application of antimicrobial agents in a hospital and common types of bacteria,to discuss correlation between frequency of antimicrobial agents use and bacterial resistance,so as to provide reference for rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinical practice.Methods Frequency of antimicrobial agents use in 2012 combined with annual inspection of 32 252 samples of bacterial culture and results of drug sensitive tests were analyzed. Meanwhile,correlation between them were also analyzed.Results 4091 strains of bacteria were isolated from 32 252 cultured samples,which included 785 strains of gram positive bacteria( accounted for 19. 2%),2995 strains of gram negative bacteria( accounted for73.2%).Pearson correlation analysis showed that DDDs of antibacterial agents was positively correlated with drug resistance rates of gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria( P〈0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Frequency of antimicrobial agents use is associated with drug resistance of bacteria. Antimicrobial agents should be normatively used in clinical practice to reduce drug-resistance bacteria.
