摘要
目的探讨感知歧视干预对艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者相关的羞辱和歧视感知、生存质量的影响。方法将80例门诊艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者随机分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组按照门诊艾滋病抗病毒治疗常规进行治疗和宣教,干预组给予感知歧视干预,观察比较干预前后两组患者艾滋病相关的羞辱和歧视感知水平、干预后生存质量变化。结果干预前两组艾滋病相关的羞辱和歧视总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预1年后干预组艾滋病相关的羞辱和歧视总分显著降低(P<0.01),并且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),干预前后对照组艾滋病相关的羞辱和歧视总分无显著变化(P>0.05)。干预1年后,干预组患者艾滋病生存质量测量简表中的生理、心理、环境、精神领域和独立程度、社会关系6个领域,以及总健康状况和总生存质量评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论感知干预能降低艾滋病患者艾滋病相关的羞辱和歧视水平,提升其生存质量。
Objective To investigate influence of perceived discrimination intervention on shame and discrimination awareness as well as quality of life related to AIDS patients with anti-retroviral treatment. Methods 80 AIDS patients who accepted anti-retroviral treatment in clinic were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 40 cases in each group.Treatment and instruction were given to the control group according to anti-retroviral treatment routine in clinic.And the intervention group were given perceived discrimination intervention. Then,changes of shame and discrimination awareness before and after intervention as well as quality of life after intervention in AIDS patients were observed and compared.Results Before intervention,difference of total humiliation and discrimination scores related to AIDS of both groups was not statistically significant( P 〉 0. 05). After 1 year of intervention,total humiliation and discrimination scores related to AIDS of the intervention group significantly reduced( P 〈 0. 01),and significantly lower than those of the control group( P 〈0. 05).No significant change was found in total humiliation and discrimination scores related to AIDS of the control group before and after intervention( P 〉 0. 05). After 1 year of intervention,6 realms included physiology,psychology,environment,realm of spirit,independent degree and social relations in AIDS survival quality measurement scale as well as total health conditions and total score of quality in life of the intervention group were all better than those of the control group,difference was statistically significant( P〈0.01).Conclusion Perceived intervention can reduce humiliation and discrimination levels related to AIDS patients,and improve their quality of life.
