摘要
合金芯线的生产,需要卷筒可以胀缩方便卸线卷过程,但现有设备的卷筒胀缩效果并不理想。本文通过分析问题产生的原因,提出通过改进胀缩卷筒机构的方法,来解决出现的问题。
The production of alloy core wire,requires reel can expand and contract to facilitate the process of unloading the alloy core wire,but the effect of reel＇s expansion contraction mechanismof existing equipment is not ideal. In this paper,by analyzing the reasons for the problems,put forward by the method of Improvement of Reel＇s Expansion Contraction Mechanism,to solve problems.
