试析当前中医“治未病”的临床瓶颈及其解决方案 被引量:8

摘要 从生命科学与信息科学相交叉的视角出发,阐述当前中医"治未病"的临床瓶颈及其解决方案。认为通过对比区分中医"治未病"与"治已病"的功能效用,引入基于流行病学的现代健康管理疾病风险评估过程,有利于寻求进一步强化扩展中医"治未病"的临床应用途径;通过疾病风险评估与中医体质辨识系统相结合的中医"治未病"体病相关的纵横结合创新模式,可以深入揭示其中的前瞻性的临床本质,而这正是当前提升临床疗效的关键所在之一。作为解决上述瓶颈的交叉学科解决方案,大数据机器学习经络电生理疾病风险评估系统与中医体质辨识系统相结合所构建实施的大数据云计算平台,将进一步为实现"互联网+"的中医"治未病"系统奠定基础。 In view of intercrosses and merges of life science and information science,this paper describes the clinical bottleneck of "Preventive Treatment of Disease"in TCM now days and discusses the solution for it. It is believed that through the comparison of "Preventive Treatment of Disease"and "Treatment of Certain Disease",introduction of disease risk assessment process in epidemiological modern health management is helpful for reinforcement the clinical application of"Preventive Treatment of Disease "in TCM; through the mixture of "Preventive Treatment of Disease "physique and disease related model which on the combination of disease risk assessment and TCM constitution identification system,we can reveal the clinical essence of "Preventive Treatment of Disease"in TCM,and it is one of the keys for improving clinical efficacy. As a interdisciplinary science solution,big data cloud computing platform,which was built by the combination of big data computing learning electronic physiology of meridians disease risk assessment process and TCM constitution identification system,can lay a foundation for the realization of internet + TCM"Preventive Treatment of Disease"system.
