摘要 研究不同温度和遮荫处理对食用百合部分生理和形态指标的影响,以探寻出适合百合生长的温度和遮荫组合。试验结果表明,不同的遮荫处理对百合的外部形态(鳞茎横径、纵径、鲜质量)的影响不大,但温度对其有较大的影响,室温(25℃左右)更有利于食用百合的生长;温度和遮荫处理对百合的营养成分有较大的影响,较高温度有利于百合蛋白质、总糖和灰分的生成和积累,但水分和VC的含量会相对较低。遮荫处理有助于百合蛋白质和水分的积累,适当的遮荫有助于总糖的生成,但是灰分和VC的含量相对较少。综合各测评指标分析认为,室温(25℃左右)条件下,1层遮荫种植的百合营养价值更高,品质更好。 We studied the effects of physiological and morphological indexes on edible lily with different temperatures and shades treatments, in order to explore the best treatment which is suitable for the growth of lily. The results showed that different shades treatment do not much affect external morphology of lily such as plant height, bulb diameter, bulb weight, while different temperatures has a greater impact on its growth room temperature (25℃) was better for the growth of edible lily. Treatments with temperatures and shades have a greater impact on nutritional components of lily. Meanwhile, higher temperature was better for the generation and accumulation of protein, overall sugar, ash content, but the content of moisture and VC would be low relatively. Shade treatment was better for the accumulation of the content of protein and moisture, and appropriate shade contribute to the overall sugar production, but the content of ash and VC would be low relatively. In summary, the nutritional value and quality of lily would be higher treated with room temperature and one layer of shade.
