摘要 由烯丙基缩水甘油醚与四甲基二氢二硅氧烷硅氢加成制得高纯度的1,3-双(3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基)四甲基二硅氧烷()。采用、表征了其化学结构,测得产品1BGPTD H NMR FT-IR GC中α-加成产物含量达98.5%以上。评价了该产品在环氧浇注树脂方面的应用特点。 The 1,3-bis(3-glycidoxypropyl)-l,l,3,3-tetramethyl disiloxanel(BGPTD) with high purity was synthesized through the hydrosilylation reaction by using a coordinated catalyst. The chemical structure and the purity of the resulting BGPTD were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy (1H NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and gas chromatography (GC). The resulting BGPTD contained α -addition product content of more than 98.5%. We also evaluated the application of highly pure BGPTD in the epoxy casting resins.
