摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,聚苯胺为抗静电剂,通过开炼机混合,平板硫化机压片制备得到一系列PP/聚苯胺抗静电板材(聚苯胺含量:0,2%,4%,6%,8%)。测试PP/聚苯胺材料的体积电阻率和拉伸性能,结果发现2%的聚苯胺使得PP的电阻率降低5个数量级,从10 1 6Ω·cm下降到101 1Ω·cm,同时拉伸性能保持在使用要求范围内。
With polypropylene as the matrix and polyaniline as an antistatic agent, a series of PP/polyaniline antistatic sheets was prepared by mixing in the open mill and then sheeting on a plate vulcanizing press. By testing the volume resistivity and tensile properties of the sheets containing the polyaniline content of 0 wt%, 2 wt%, 4 wt%, 6 wt% or 8 wt%, it was found that the polyaniline content of 2 wt% made the volume resistivity of PP sheet decrease five orders of magnitude, from 10^16 to 10^11Ω·cm, while maintained the tensile properties within the operating range.
