摘要
以乙烯基树脂、VMQ树脂为基础树脂,加入耐温填料、抗氧剂、抑制剂等助剂制备了一种耐高温单组分有机硅粘接剂,讨论了制备工艺及配方对硅胶性能的影响。制备的加成型单组分有机硅粘接剂强度可达5-6 MPa,对金属有优良的粘接性,并且在300℃烘烤48 h剪切强度保持率大于80%。
using vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane and VMQ resin as the base resin, adding the temperature resistant fillers, antioxidants and inhibitors and other additives, a high temperature resistant silicone adhesive was prepared. The process and formulation were discussed. The prepared one component adhesion curable silicone adhesive had the strength of5-6 MPa and good adhesion to metals, and its shear strength retention rate after baking for 48 hours at 300℃ was over 80%
