摘要
通过博弈论分析电商与物流联动发展的机理,发现在完全信息静态博弈下,电商与物流在合作与不合作的博弈中陷入囚徒困境,导致双方不合作的后果;在信息不完全且无限次重复博弈时,贴现因子δ满足一定条件时,双方走出囚徒困境,并获得相互诚意合作的帕累托最优结果。为使δ足够大,提出两业联动平台建设、联动信息共享平台建设、企业信用评级体系建设、相关法律法规建设等策略建议。
Analyzing the interactive development mechanism between e-commerce and logistics industry on game theory, a conclusion was found that under complete information static game, the two sides were caught in prisoners' dilemma failing the cooperation; while under infinitely repeated games of incomplete information which is closer to reality, the two sides get rid of the prisoners' dilemma and obtain Pareto optimal results with cooperating with each other when the discount factor meet certain conditions. For meeting the conditions, several recommendations are proposed, including building the two industries collaboration platform, interactive information sharing platform, corporate credit rating system and improving related laws and regulations.
