A Comparative Study of Traditional Port Competiveness and Nature-friendly Port Sustainable Competiveness

文中从环境、资源和能力的相互关系出发,考察了环境友好型港口可持续竞争力的构成要素,并结合低碳绿色发展的3大要素,导出了绿色港口的概念,从而明确了绿色港口物流体系改进的方向。最后从动态的过程、未来潜力、长期供需平衡、投入产出效率导向、经济与社会和环境的协同发展、集约式发展等层面阐述了环境友好型港口可持续竞争力的内涵。

In this paper, starting from the relationship of environment, resources and capacity, inspected the constituent elements of nature-friendly port sustainable competiveness, and combined with three key elements of low carbon and green growth, derived by the concept of green port. So as to makes clear the direction of building the green port logistics system. Finally from the dynamic process and future potential, long-term supply and demand balance, input and output efficiency, economic, social and environmental coordinated development, intensive development, expounds the connotation of nature-friendly port sustainable competiveness.
