摘要
文中通过分析项目物流的流程,总结出从物流订单下达到最终完成配送的时效的影响因素,利用层次分析法(AHP)结合专家打分确立了关键控制点,最终建立了基于统计过程控制(SPC)的配送时效监控体系,为实时监测配送时效波动,及时发现异常原因并采取应对措施提供了可行方案。
Through analyzing the process of project logistics, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the distribution aging, and establishes the critical control point by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), then we establishes the distribution time monitoring system based on Statistical Process Control(SPC), providing a feasible solution to monitor abnormal reasons during distribution and alert manager to take measures to deal with it in time.
